Lifetime Structural Warranty:
We proudly extend a lifetime structural warranty on all K7 Forged wheels, attesting to their enduring integrity and resilience. This warranty attests to the meticulous engineering, premium materials, and impeccable craftsmanship imbued into each wheel.
What’s Covered:
This lifetime structural warranty encompasses defects in material and workmanship that impede the wheel’s structural integrity. This includes concerns like cracks, bends, or other structural anomalies arising during standard usage.
What’s Not Covered:
- Damages from accidents, collisions, impacts, or misuse.
- Alterations or modifications made post-purchase.
- Damages due to improper installation, encompassing incorrect torque specifications.
- Damages due to erroneous tire mounting or balancing procedures.
- Routine wear and tear, such as cosmetic imperfections not affecting structural integrity.
One-Year Finishing Warranty:
In addition to our lifetime structural warranty, we extend a one-year warranty on the finishing of our wheels. This encompasses the cosmetic facets of the wheel’s finish, ensuring the enduring visual allure of your K7 Forged wheels.
What’s Covered:
This one-year finishing warranty addresses defects in the wheel’s finish, including concerns like paint defects, clear coat imperfections, or finish peeling arising during regular use and proper maintenance.
What’s Not Covered:
- Damages from improper cleaning agents or techniques.
- Damages due to harsh weather conditions or exposure to corrosive substances.
- Damages stemming from neglect, inadequate care, or failure to adhere to our care and maintenance guidelines.
- Normal wear and tear on the finish due to usage over time.
Exclusivity Clause:
Please take note that this warranty is exclusively applicable to the initial purchaser and solely for the vehicle on which the wheels were originally installed. Additionally, it is strictly limited to the wheel itself. K7 Forged shall not be held accountable for any damages or liabilities that extend beyond the wheel, including but not limited to harm or damage to other objects such as hardware or injuries to individuals resulting from any wheel failure. K7 Forged disclaims any responsibility for damages to vehicles or injuries to individuals due to wheel failure.
For Multi-Piece Wheels: Please be aware that the warranty does not cover the screws and bolts associated with multi-piece wheels.
Warranty Claim Process:
To ensure that the warranty remains valid for the wheels you’ve purchased, please remember to submit the K7 forged warranty form within three days from the date mentioned on your invoice. Failure to do so will result in the warranty becoming null and void.
In the unlikely event that an issue covered by our warranty arises, please adhere to these steps:
- Initiate the warranty claim by contacting our customer service team.
- Furnish detailed photographs and a comprehensive description of the issue.
- Our team will diligently assess your claim and provide guidance on the ensuing steps.
